Torrence Black (born 2 April X901 in Megalopolis City, Oglethorpia) is the present coach of the Oglethorpia national football team and in his prime, a prominent national and domestic football player. Torrence Black is also a member of the World Cup Hall of Fame.

Black is most well known for his exploits with the Oglethorpian Wonderteam, first playing in World Cup 10 and retiring after World Cup 13. With the Wonderteam he proved himself a talented striker, helping Oglethorpia to two quarterfinals appearances and two in the first round during his tenure. He was also the national squad's leading goalscorer in both World Cup 10 and World Cup 12.

Less noticeably, Black was a forward with Megalopolis City F.C., from X922-X937. During his career, he never played abroad or for any other 1st Division club.

Torrence Black was also known for his temper, manifesting itself in several incidents of violence mid-match. The most infamous of these saw the Oglethorpian forward breaking the legs of a hapless band member, though he has since regretted the altercation. At the helm of the Oglethorpian national side traces of his angry past can still be seen despite being in his early 80s.

Prior to Oglethorpia's return to football in World Cup 22 in X972, Black was named to the national squad's coach position in honor of his achievements and footballing vision.
