Tripolis was instrumental in helping the region grow dramatically in 2004. Delegates from Tripolis built and mantained the forum of the region in its infancy. They acted as the provisional authority until the Charter was ratified. Delegates from Tripolis were highly prominent among the drafters of the Charter of the Mediterranean, especially in moderating the submission of resolutions, and have served as the [[UN delegate]].
 
Additionally, a delegate from Tripolis serve now on the Judicial Council, and is the de-facto Chief Justice of that body.
 
 
Tripolis loves the Mediterranean and enjoys the political discourse and debating, along with the manuevering and gamesmanship involved in the forum.
