Tundra Association for Regional Stock Car Auto Racing (TARSCAR) is the governing body of the Tundra region's highest racing series, the TARSCAR Monroe Cup. ONe of it's most exciting aspects is that each country in the region owns and operates a race team. Though each nation must use the same body for their cars, the engine and suspension of the car is built using domestic products.
Based in Monroe City, Thermolia, TARSCAR is overseen by its president, Mike Shelton.
TARSCAR is scorinated by the CEO of Thermolia using NASCAR Racing 2003 Season IROC Mod by Project Wildfire.

Changes for Next Season
On 10 June 2005, TARSCAR president Mike Shelton announced a change in the way TARSCAR would run its races. From that day's press conference:
"For the first time in the history of our sport, we will be allowing each nation to have 2 drivers entered into a race. This should increase competition not only between each nation, but between the drivers inside of an organization." -Mike Shelton
Shelton announced that during qualifying for a race, the cars (potentially 62 cars) will be running for 42 starting spots. The field will be chosen according to qualifying speed and 2 provisionals.
1. The fastest drver for each nation will be in the race.
2. The top 9 in speed not already in the race will be in the race.
3. The top 2 drivers in drivers points not already in the race will be in the race.
After the field of 42 is chosen, they will be lined up by qualifying speed.
