The Uhohpian Union (Uh-Oh) is a Joint Venture, a family of free-minded countries, committed to working together for a system of values that is based upon democracy, self-realization, communication, ecology and the understanding that today's world would be a better place if the establishment had listened to the counterculture of the 1960's. All member nations are granted a license to get stupid.
