Ulli Vyarin

Married to Jelena Madaronivie, aka, Helena Vyarin, Ulli was the man the people wanted. After decades of oppressive totallarian socalist rule, the Vexian people were sick of it, and wanted violence and blood. Ulli, who was ambitious and emotionally cold, found his perfect match in fellow imperialist delusional, Jelena, who wanted to have a grand title and play Machiavellian Games and be powerful. Unbeknownst to many, Ulli was certifiably mad, having a dormant case of Megalomania and raving Paranoia. This lay dormant for many years, allowing Ulli to carry out his ambitious schemes, as he worked his way up the ranks of the Vexian Imperial Army, joining the Patriot Elite, and then waiting untill 2002, before seizing control of the Capital, Vezkron, and proclaiming himself Emperor of Vexia in 2003, promsing a new era of Prosperity and Strength. He proclaimed himself Vhorenian Emperor, and also, in addition, lay claim to the ancient title of Grand Duke, justifying himself as the spiritual and lineal successor of the ancient imperial rulers of Vexia with a convoluted and not entirely convincing family tree that placed him as a bastard from the last Grand Duke in the 1880s. However, his son wisely abandoned the title of Vhorenian Emperor, recognizing the total lack of legitimacy in that claim. For a time, however, Emperor Vyarin ruled over an Empire of one border province, and there was some tension with Vhorenia, although the most was, suprisingly, with the Riev Federation. which included Rostovjek and Revistan. He joined the NBC in 2004, determined to bull Vexia to glory. But they did not move fast enough, and as they settled down amidst their looted treasures from Dunstagg, Southbury and many other places, a popular uprising was formed, and by January 2005 Ulli Vyarin was presumed dead in the bloody, anarchic time now known as the Insurgency. Some still believe the mad emperor is alive out there, somewhere, forever scheming and amassing his hordes, waiting for the right moment to come back....
