Overview
The United Soviet Eternal Area is a region encompassing 19 nations. The region was founded by the United Socialist States of USEA-Jason, and it's current governer is Europa Alpha. The USEA is a region of dedicated Socialist and Communist countries, with strict immigration policies. Any states showing signs of capitalism or totalitarianism are kicked out. The USEA is the base of the New Soviet Coalition.

Regional Government
Elector Overseer: Europa Alpha
Counsellor: High Zarathustra
War Minister: Usea-Jason
Immigration Minister: Free Socialist Wales (Rhyddha Sosialydd Cymru)
The Elector Overseer is the head of the Soviet Coalition with the Ministers 2nd, the Ministeries 3rd. He is trusted with fair elections and upholding peace and ideals.
The Counsellor is in charge of proposing Legislature IE the Zathurasa Bill that serve as Guidelines for Ministers and Electors to come.
War Minister. In charge of Foreign policy and maintaining the peace.
Immigration Minister: In charge of the overseeing of immigration and the recruitment of worthy nations.
Warfare
The United Soviet Eternal Area is a part, and the founding region of, the New Soviet Coalition.
Legislature
the Zathurasa Bill <> Directly after conquering region, ensure that a stable and safe leadership is active.
<> Once under control, scan the nations that are located in the region, and remove all who may be capitalist, fascist or any other threat / obstruction to the cause.
<> Once such is established, begin to bring freedom and equality to the populace through elections.
<> As time progresses, ensure that additional members that enter the region, are of the sort that are actually requested, there is no need to acquire those whom dont follow our views, quality, not quantity.
<> After Peace is ensured, Hold elections with the Pure nations in the region so they may choose there own government.
<> If inhabitants of a particular region so desire, and accumulate a 7/10 majority, they may separate from the Union.
Carried by Default due to an almost Instant majority.
