The Imperium of Dweladelfia

The Imperium of Dweladelfia is made up of a system of planets deep in space. There are 7 planets in the system, only 4 of which are inhabitable. The Imperium is a strong, totalitarian government that protects and controls these planets. The Imperium's head of stat is the Emperor. The Emperor exerts all power over his Imperium. The Imperium has a large fleet and army that controls its system and patrols the outer reaches of space.

Manifesto

Politically, the Manifesto calls for:

Proportional representation on a regional basis;
Voting for women
The abolition of the Dweladelfian Senate
The formation of a Imperial Council of experts for labor, for industry, for transportation, for the public health, for communications, etc. Selections to be made of professionals or of tradesmen with legislative powers, and elected directly to a General Commission with ministerial powers.

In labour and social policy, the Manifesto calls for:

The quick enactment of a law of the State that sanctions an eight-hour workday for all workers;
A minimum wage;
The participation of workers' representatives in the functions of industry commissions;
Reduction of the retirement age from 65 to 55.

In military affairs, the Manifesto advocates:

Creation of a Imperial Navy, Army, And Marine Core
Armaments factories are to be nationalised;
A peaceful but competitive foreign policy.

In finance, the Manifesto advocates:

A strong progressive tax on capital
The seizure of all the possessions of the religious congregations and the abolition of all the bishoprics, which constitute an enormous liability on the Nation and on the privileges of the poor;
Revision of all contracts for military provisions;
The revision of all military contracts and the seizure of 85 percent of the profits therein.

Religion

There is no state religion. The People are allowed to practice what they like. The State does not indorse one religion but there is certain biased to Catholicism.

Nuijaus is the closet planet to the Sun in the Dweladelfian system. This fact makes the planet uninhabitable. It is mostly covered in smoke and gas due to the fact that it is 60% covered in water and very close to the sun. This makes it very uninhabitable due to the High temprature. Nuijaus has 1 moon, that is mostly volcanic, and like its planet uninhabitable.

Ketius

Ketius is the second planet from the sun. It is largely uninhabited except for a few military installations, and Nomads herding cattle. The planet is very arid and dry, mostly desert. Few species of wildlife. Mostly reptiles and some mammals. Water is very scares except for deep down under the ground of the planet. Oil is also largely found on this planet. The Planet has no moons.

Dweladelfia Prime

Dweladelfia Prime is the Capital of the Imperium and the 3rd Planet from the sun. It is heavily guarded by the Imperium navy. There are many defense platforms surrounding the planet. On the surface it is mostly covered is city scape although there are a few wildlife preserves. Water covers much of the planet. Its beautiful sea shores provide great tourism from all over the Imperium. The Planet has 2 moons. 1 moon is mostly rock, much like Earths moon. The Second is a man made moon that provides space dock for the Imperium Navy.

Kinius

Kinius is the 4th planet from the sun. It is covered completely by land. It is famous for its red rocky surface. Air and gravity is in abundance here, though it my not look it. The unique thing about this planet is that it has two faces. One side is a red surface with a few cities. The other is a forge world were the Imperium's industrial might is. Ships, vehicles, weapons, everything comes from Kinius' forge world. The Kinius Shipyards is famous for the Imperiums Naval ships is produces. Kinius has one moon, which is covered in Forest. The moon is the Imperium Armies training grounds for recruits, as well as test facilities and proving grounds.

Lyeaus

Lyeaus is the 5th planet from the sun, and is the second most populates of the core worlds after Dweladelfia Prime. It is a lush peaceful planet on the surface. Wildlife and Human life is in abundance on this planet. Men, Woman and Children of the Imperium live out there lives on this planet. Many crops and food production goes on this planet. Water is also in abundance here. The Planet has 1 moon that is uninhabitable due to lack of oxygen.

Tridius

Tridius is the 6th planet from the Sun and is uninhabitable due to its deadly gas clouds. No life has been found on this planet. It has a rig around it, in which few Research stations are located. The Planet has one moon. Which is to cold to be inhabited by civilians. But the military has several listening posts on the moon.

Virius

Virius is the 7th and final planet in the Dweladelfian system. It is a cold at desolate place. Few species of wildlife live on the planet. Snow covers the planet in a white blanket. What oceans it has are frozen over by the freezing temperatures. The only thing this planet is used for is a prison for dangerous criminals and a space dock for naval ships. The Planet has a moon, but the moon is broken in half, nobody knows what ever happened to the other half of the moon.

The People

The People of the Imperium are all human. No alien species is allowed citizenship in the Imperium or permanent residence on any planet, except for forgin diplomats. There are many freedoms in the imperium, minus the freedom of speech. The people can enjoy there freedom but if they speak out against the government they are quickly shipped to Virius. There are many religions practiced in the Imperium. Catholicism is the most popular religion in the Imperium. More than 70% of the people of the Imperium attend mass on regular bases. The people of the Imperium are also extremely patriotic; enlistment in the military has soared in the past years. Men and some (but few) woman have enlisted into the Navy, Army, and Marine Core. People in the Imperium are allowed to own there own spaceship but traveling beyond he system is strictly controlled.

Major Military Installations

Space-Dock 1

Space-Dock 1 is found in orbit of Lyeaus. It is a large Naval station were smaller ships can dock on the interior of the station and larger ships may dock outside of it. It also serves as the main defense platform for Lyeaus. Many ships dock here at this station on there way to the outer part of the system.

Kinius Naval Yard

The Kinus Naval yard station is the HQ of the Naval Yard. All Major planning and administatrtion takes place in this station. Ships also dock at this station carrying high level people. This station is vital to the production of the Imperial Navy.

Legion Training Grounds

The Legion training grounds is located on the moon around Kinus. It is home to all training of the Imperium Legion. All recruits for the Imperium legion go through rigorous 2 month training. It is also the proving grounds for new equipment.

Space Dock 2

Space Dock 2 is located around Virius. It is the last stop that fleets make on there way out of the system. And is home to the border patrol ship that patrols the edge of the system. It is a very important strategic location.

Moon Base

The Moon Base is located in orbit of Dweladelfia Prime and is the home Naval Yard of the Imperium Navy. It also has a large amount of orbital defense. It can hold a large amount of capital ship being the size of a moon.

Naval Core

The Naval Core is a Sub organization of the Navy. The Navy core is made up of brave soldiers trained to protect ships during there travels in space. They also are trained in bordering hostile ships. They are armed with the finest equipment in the Imperium. They go through rigerouse training that fine tunes these warriors. The number of Naval Coremen on a ship depends on the ship. Each ship specs shows how many Coremen can be stationed on a ship.

Naval Fighter and Gunship Core

The Naval Fighter and Gunship Core is a Sub organization of the Navy. As apposed to Fighters and Gunship that are based out of starships, these fighters and gunship fly solo without the aid of a larger ship. They Patrol trade lanes and boarders in there fighters. They are divided up into squadrons or in the case of gunship they fly in trios.
