The Pure Democracy of Jarridia began as a grouping of people whom sought to establish a nation of their own in the region of Expediencia. Led by its first President, Edward Johnanneson, and with help from the nation's first established allies, Expedience and Egad-Watson, Jarridia quickly grew into a bustling nation. However, the economy suddenly stalled in these early times, and a new President graced the nation. President Jarrod Branam led the nation for many years, and was by far one of the most reverred leaders among the Jarridians and the Westwood Alliance. Upon entering the world stage on the charisma of President Branam, Jarridia quickly took off and became one of the world's super powers during a time terrorism, violent military struggles and acigoo.
