This page is being updated regularly with nothing more than the new text from the UN report. Per NSwiki's copy/paste policy, I'd like to ask the author to please stop doing that. It's considered spamming the wiki.

We're happy to see new original content, but copying the text of issues that everyone sees on a regular basis, and that is easily available by simply clicking a link, is not what this wiki is intended for. I'm going to copy this page to the several IP pages that the author uses in hopes that the message will reach him/her.
