** Problem is, they don't hang around at that address.  They're using a Phillipines ISP, probably dial-up, and I've never caught them online while they were editing.  Trying to leave a message is like leaving notes on each of the buses they ride, but after they've gotten off.  It might hit eventually, but in the meantime it's frustrating.  Also, I don't want to set the precedent of creating User pages for IP users.  User pages are a perk for logging on.
