Population updates
Re Methody, have a look at Community decisions. That's one of the reasons we also don't like the "list of all nations" format, as it requires constant maintenance (and assosciated storage of old versions.
Also, avoiding common mistakes points out that clearing your user:talk page is not the same as deleting read emails. It's wiki courtesy to leave old messages up, and possibly archive them.
