Users such as Zwangzug, Starbalydia and I have been continuously reverting them, and I've blocked the vandal a few dozen teams, but he has some way of using countless IPs (thus evading bans). Vandalism on your page
User:200.31.42.3 was one of the many incarnations of a vandal who's been making childish edits to a great many articles for several weeks now. Users such as Zwangzug, Starbalydia and I have been continuously reverting them, and I've blocked the vandal a few dozen teams, but he has some way of using countless IPs (thus evading bans).
