If the [[:Category:Diplomats|Diplomats' category]] had been very clogged up, it would have been a good idea to remove all UN diplomats from it, and have them simply in your new category. But as it is the Diplomats' category fits on a single page, so I think it can stay as is. I would actually have prefered a more "formal" title such as "Diplomats at the United Nations", but a category can't be moved, and it's not worth re-editing all those articles for such a small detail.
