Featured articles
To nominate an article to be a featured article candidate, one must verify if the article follows the appropriate criteria, and then add certain template tags, after which its inclusion as a featured article will be voted upon. - I personally would advise against nominating one's own or related articles, for the reason that one's perspective may be slightly distorted due to this association. Moreover, if it is nominated for its relation to oneself, it may not be exemplary of NSwiki's work, and will likely not pass the voting process.
