Since the wiki page may not be fully up to date, you could consider
- contacting the mods on irc (enter irc.esper.net as the server, and type /join #themodcave to get in. Or go here: irc://irc.esper.net/themodcave);
- using the Moderation forum
- contacting the mods, but I'm not sure you're really supposed to use the form for that purpose.
