| + | :To be honest, I can't be absolutely sure why they were originally created, but I strongly suspect that I or whomever started that section of the entry was trying to have every other line its own color in order to make the table easier to read. The gray color formatting should be removed though. Actually I think the article could be worked on a bit more -- but my immediate concern are the UN resolutions. - To be honest, I can't be absolutely sure why they were originally created, but I strongly suspect that I or whomever started that section of the entry was trying to have every other line its own color in order to make the table easier to read. The gray color formatting should be removed though. Actually I think the article could be worked on a bit more -- but my immediate concern are the UN resolutions.
