City Overview
Vice City is a scenic city on the eastern coast of Asgarnieu and is a major tourist location. It is rampant with crime, and is served by several law enforcement agencies. It is a fairly clean city with many amenities and hundreds of luxuary hotels. The city is divided into 3 main geographical areas, Vice City Beach, Main Land, and Islands. Starfish island is home to Vice City's rich and famous and Leaf Links is one of the nations most exclusive private golf clubs.

Seaport
The seaport is home to the city's main form of good transport. It serves over 10,000 ships every 6 months.
