His Honor, Lord Voraista, Judge Magister of the Empirea and Upholer of Law
Lord Voraista, is perhaps the shroudest of the twleve. It is rumored that he and VSV Director are close friends and he is her eyes and ears within the Magistrate. Though, his loyalty lies with the Law in which he serves and not to the VSV, he has been their good 'friend' in helping the VSV.
Lord Voraista is also head of the Imperial Guard of the Supreme Cordon, in the rare occassion that His Exellency, Lord Hedikai, wishes to travel abroad Lord Voraista is one that will always acompany Lord Hedikai.
On February 11, Lord Voraista was sent to Isenha-Raad to extradite known anti-Tomanian terrorist, Hakrim nos-Kelemdor, it was there that Voraista had a run in with Morindiran Auctor Caelia, who was after the same man for supporting anti-Morindiran terrorist cells in Erulisse-Heryn. Neither the Judge Magister nor the Auctor wanted to fail they began to fight, after a long hand-to-hand combat and the approaching Desert Wind Storm the two, with the fugitive, ran into a near by cave. After a brief discussion the two decided that their orders did not specify the target needed to be alive. The two Justices decided the best course of action would be to behead him and allow Lord Voraista to take the head, whilst Auctor Caelia retrieved the body. The two remained in the cave for the next six hours until the storm passed.
