Auctor Caelia is a member of the 16-person law enforcement group known as the Auctoritas. Caelia is known for her impeccable record of never having lost a suspect. She is known for her terrific ferocity and tenacious nature and has a special knack for locating fugitives who have fled the country. She is so good at it, in fact, that most of her cases are in extradition, earning her the nickname "Homecoming Queen."
