West Abbott is the capital of the Socialist District of Abbott. The District Hall and other important buildings are in West Abbott. The population of the city is 25,000,000.It is also home of the main and administrative campus of the National University of Kerla.

History

West Abbott was occupied by the Abbott tribe as they continued to expand the tribe. The land was mostly used by the tribe as hunting land. However the trible got too big and they needed to use it as an housing area. The tribe also built some religious objects to worship. Today the objects are still there.

Government

West Abbott has basically the same government as East Abbott. The only difference is that there are a lot of more governmental agencies, since it is bigger.

City Council

The City Council consists of 15 members, 10 members are elected by their respective district and five are elected at large. The City Council is the chief law making body of the city.

Various Departments

West Abbott has various departments, such as the Board of Education, highway department and sanitation department. These are the only services not shared.
