William Edward Picardie Sr. is the brother of former Kiefs Edward I, and James II, and the Kiefial pretender of the Picardie Line as Kief William I (Heklovain: Febólgozu Kobóllalabólkrrnu I, Slogravian: Sotffa Cepectha I).
In Fiction
In N. Pigeon's Imperial series of books, William takes power as Emperor William I of Hekloslogravia, in 2005, when he overthrows his nephew, Emperor Edward IV. He and his family are murdered by republicans in 2007.
