The Worldwide Liberty Confederation is a libertarian alliance in the Nationstates World Regions, created by Esternarx's President, Claire Freedhelm, to protect the rights of the individual. It was first proposed in El Nuevo Dorado, Mayazteka.
Constitution of the WLC
Article I.
All sapient individuals are born with the unalienable right to self-ownership. All sapient individuals have the right to own anything not belonging to another sapient individual and anything their labor, whether physical or mental, produces.
Article II.
No individual or group of individuals may initiate the use of force against another or their property. Force may only be used in self-defense.
Article III.
If an individual initiates the use of force against any other individual or their property for any reason, they are required to recompensate that individual.
Article IV.
No government may exist without the unanimous consent of the governed.
