The COnstitutional Monarchy of Xiaguo (Chinese: 夏國人民帝國)

Nomenclature

The formal Guanhua name for Xiaguo is "Xiahuaguo", which directly translated means "Perfected Empire", The monarch of Xiaguo is referred to Holy Emperor "Tian Ping Huang" (天平皇) The Chinese title was conferred upon Emperor Du Tai Ming, by the revolutionary leader, Liu Ping. Later on, when Xiaguo became a sovereign nation of the Confederate China, Xiaguo dominated as the premier economic region, and controlle done of the largest fleets in Asia.

In the modern Era, the designation of "Empire" in Chinese is still used. Xiaguo is a monarchy in, with the EMperor having a few political powers, with the exception of political driving force in both houses. Its status as a Constitutional Monarchy, as well as the presence of a Nationalist government allowed it to enter the Confederation of Chinese Sovereigns in 2016.

After a the Dong-Nan Hua Civil War, General Yeh Zhao Feng drafted a Declaration of peace when Nanjing fell. A brief cease fire prevented Southern troops from nearing the Xiannese North of Nanjing. general Xu Ting Xiao of Sino secretly reported a mass defection of hudnreds of SInoese forces, but only to be empty jumbo jets headed for civilian targets. The XIannese senate, out of rage voted in favor of a full scale war against the Armed Republic of Sino. Xiannese forces invaded the island of Taiwan, and suceeded in destroying several missile silos. Shanghai was also bombed in an overnight frenzy mission which resulted in failure, but managed to hack the Southern capital into pieces.

The Southern forces stuck back with mass executions, which the North followed by a more horrendous event. The Red Terror in which suspected spies were arrested and tortured in oub,lic. Hudnreds die due to the Red Terror. Foreign forces fearing instability in the region starts a war with Xiaguo. A Canadian and American invasion force sucessfully wedges into Bohai sea and lands hudnreds of troops in a surprise landing near the North Korean and CHina boarder with hundreds of paratroopers landing in the Bohai region, crippling the Qingdao Ports. The Xiannese Beiyang navies then wiped out the Canadian fleet within days of returning from the sucessful landings in Taiwan.

After 6 years of the civil war, both regions agreed in signing a Peace treaty. Xiaguo lost several Eastern cities as result of the war, but the economy of the South never recovered due to the salsh and burn tactic, and the systemactical rape of the resurces by Northern Troops.

After 13 years of reconstruction, the three sovereign nations, The Armed Republic of Sino, the Republic of China(Taiwan), and the Constitutional Monarchy of Xiaguo begins a series of Regional covnentions which developed into the stepping stones of reunification. The dream became a reality within a few years, and the mainland was to be named as the People's Republic of China, although the Qing Imperial System was reintroduced along with the French Government structure.

The official language of the government in Xiaguo is Guanhua, which is essentially identical to Standard Mandarin. Minority languages are spoken as informal languages,a nd do not play a role in public speaking other than unique permittable conditions.
