The small city of Yugograd is the capital of the Yugopatomian Repubic.
It was founded when Premier Whoopwhoopwhoop broke away from the Nation of Pastocia to form his own country, and in the process created Yugopatomia with Yugograd as it's capital and major city.
The city is small compared with others in the PEEL region, but it has over 400 Million inhabitants crammed in. The city is the center of the Yugopatomian Government, and the Premier's Palace and the Parliament building are both located here.
But the most striking portion of the city is reserved for the sprawling Butt Sex Colony, which covers 1/5 of Yugograd and is home to 100 Million people. This colony is a paradise for all who inhabit it, and is the largest Butt Sex colony is the nation.
