Biography
A career diplomat, Zhong Da has served in the government of the Five Civilized Nations for many years. Beginning as a custodial diplomat to the nation of the Military Academy of The Swordmasters of Ginaz, Zhong Da advanced slowly through the ranks, until he was appointed as Foreign Minister by the August Emperor Leto Crusade, the youngest appointee at age 36. Having worked for 22 years at his current position, Zhong Da has become a cornerstone within the Foreign Ministry.
Due to his long service to the Five Civilized Nations, he has been appointed the Lord of Wuchang, a major trading city on Cala.
