Penicoria is a large city on one of the cayuga islands of willink, it is the closest city to Terra city, only about 250km away. It is among the top visted cities in Willink.

Economy
Penicoria is the Economic center of the Cayuga islands, with GDP per capita at 30,000, one of the highest in willink. The Willink Stock exchange is based in the city, along with over 195 of the top 500 companies in Willink. The majorty of the city is rich, with a few slum areas of immigrant workers coming to work on the farms 40km north of the city, or in its many factories. Nearly all the Major banks in Willink are based in the city, along with textile and electronic companies.
Education
There are hundreds of public schools in the city, and two major universities, The Willink Institute of Technology and The Penicorian University. There are also several smaller private universites.
Transportation
Transportation is a problem in Penicoria, thanks to its massive urban sprawl which occupies 82% of the Island. To overcome this, over 12 elevated highways and a Mono-rail system have been built to offer other forms of transportation and to reduce traffic jams. The city has two subway systems which extend service to the edge of the island, the MCR(Main City Route) and OCAR(Outer City Area Route). A large bus system also exists, which can offer travel to Terra City, which takes about 2 1/2 hours.
