The Aeroporian State of Rokolev is a Republic located on Central East Europe*. It's main worry is it's race, the Helians, and the Air Force, named Aeroporia, that recives 35% of the National Budget. With such a large amount of money, the Aeroporia developes the most advanded and impressive European* stealth fighters, namely the RkvF-87A Necryt, the most advanced European* fighter to date. It aplies lots of innovating technologies like a ramjet/turbofan engine, an new kind of IR sensor, more powerful and with a longer range, named CUSRIV, a special laser that detects air turbulence, the LTTD, a radar system that detects certain particles coming from aircraft engines, just to name a few. Apart from the Aeroporia and the racial policies (which forbid any non-Helian from entering the nation), Rokolev is a very common social-(pseudo)democrat nation with a very large amount of civic freedoms, a very effective and free healthcare system, and free education for all, making Helians some of the brightest minds in Europe*.
