Her Imperial Highness Princess Helen (full name: Helen Jacqueline Isabelle Rosaline Theodora Capet) is the eldest daughter of Prince Basil and Princess Jacqueline, and only sister of Princess Marie.
Princess Helen is an attractive and fun-loving young woman (or rather, fun-loving by Pantocratorian standards), which doesn't get in the way of her being a well-behaved princess in the slightest. She was rumoured to be the most likely marriage candidate for her cousin Prince Andreus before his marriage to Empress Aurora von Sachshausen of Lavenrunz. She is virtually inseparable from Countess Marian ni Eiluned. She spends most of her time in the Despotic Court of New Constantinople (see Chains of Decadence).
For a brief time she served as Ambassador to the Serene People's Democratic Fiefdom of Uncle Noel. Although her period in Port Sunlight was short, it was significant as she was the first foreign ambassador invited to the Fiefdom in decades, and consequently she was awarded the Order of Marx. She has otherwise held no significant offices.
