Government
The government is composed of a parliment, and an executive branch with a cabinet. All laws passed by the parliment must be approved by the people.
The Parliment is made up of two houses. In the Senate, two tepresentatives are chosen from each province. In the National Council, representation is based on population.
The President is elected by popular vote. He chooses cabinet members which must be approved by popular vote.
