Howie T. Katzman, a Mikitivity diplomat, served as the 2nd head of the Mikitivity Office of International Affairs and United Nations Ambassador.
He was appointed to the Office of International Affairs by the Council of Mayors on April 4, 2005, after having served as the Mikitivity Ambassador to Ecopoeia (2004-2005). Prior to his assignment to Ecopoeia, Katzman worked in the Office of International Affairs on numerous special assignments.
