The One World Nation is an ever expanding superstate that is currently under the control of a hard to define form of government. The written out forms of One World Nation law is called the National Basis of Law or NBL (it's the Constitution) which explains what the basic laws and regulations of One World Nation are, but the national government is also given the authority to ignore the NBL whenever it wishes.

The government of OWN is considered totalitarian in that all aspects of life are under the direct control of the government. The government is also called a technocracy since all technology is produced by the government alone, the government owns all patents and legal copyrights of all technological devices within the nation. Complaints on the international stage is how OWN igornes International Copyrights and Patents to produce technologies for within their own nation.

The economy is a "free market" but is protected from all forigen competition (and all forigen products have to be given prior government approval before being sold within OWN). This confused and twisted politic is made even more complicated by the fact that ever since the founding of OWN the main power group in OWN is the Gardner Family.

The One World Nation is broken up into areas called Economic Blocs and each Economic Bloc is run by a Bloc Controller who manages the Economic Bloc with absolute authority and is subject only to the review of the World Controller or the Board of National Control.

The Board of National Control (BNC) is the office that manages everything from the Bloc Controllers, to Defence, Economy, Transportation, Information, etc. in essence the BNC is the singular name for the ministry offices that help manage and control every aspect of life within the One World Nation. The BNC is filled with men and women who are loyal only to the World Controller (they have to be as the laws of OWN state that once the World Controller is dead everyone in the BNC looses their jobs unless the next World Controller rehires them).
