HIM Tsar Alexander II was the 81st ruler of Valeria and the second emperor to be born from the House of Borivich-Vassilakos-Seleukios. Alexander II was a benevolent ruler who was known for his kindness and evenhandeness in issues. He suffered from a stroke in 2044 and died of an aneurysm in 2045 after suffering a little more than a year the partial paralysis that the stroke placed him in.
