The Free Land of Linuxtobia
This is just what it says in my Nations Page on NS, I dont have Time to update it Fully Today.
The Free Land of Linuxtobia is a very large, environmentally stunning nation, notable for its burgeoning Penguin population. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 56 million have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Law & Order, and Social Welfare. The average income tax rate is 47%, but much higher for the wealthy. A substantial private sector is dominated by the Information Technology industry.
Government-run brothels can be found on every street corner, citizens are expected to be proficient in at least five languages, roads are often attended by round-the-clock construction crews, and programmes of questionable content are shown at peak-hours. Crime is well under control, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Linuxtobia's national animal is the Penguin, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the USD.
Linuxtobia is ranked 2nd in the region and 30,546th in the world for Most Politically Free Nations.
