The Holy Imperial Power of Phenixica is a massive, environmentally stunning nation, renowned for its punitive income tax rates. Its compassionate, hard-working population of 2.025 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is mainly concerned with Law & Order, although Defence and Religion & Spirituality are secondary priorities. The average income tax rate is 100%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising fourteen-year-old boys selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.
The mining industry is making inroads into environmentally sensitive areas, only the rich can afford the latest medical innovations, the government extracts trade concessions from poor nations in exchange for humanitarian aid, and the government has instituted 'traveller reservations' across the country. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Phenixica's national animal is the Imperial Phoenix, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Imperial Phen.

Phenixica over the years has grown and today control most of the galaxy (32% being part of the Imperial Homespace) under Emperor Belcameron II, Phenixica has grown into a powerful nation and also control 4 vassal nations. over the years the Phenixica has played some major part in some wars. Phenixica is also increasing trade with other galaxies and the invention of the Warpgate as allowed Phenixica to trade outside it's galaxy.
The military of Phenixica has a honorable history. and founded the Code of Fair Play similar to the Code of Knighthood on Earth. The army over the years has had a drop in funding with the massive navy getting most of the funds while and army is semi-good.
During the Dynastic crisis the Empire upgraded it's army to be a better fighting force and with the invention of repeative blasters the army is at it's strongist in Imperial history.
Culture in Phenixica is importent Phenixicans are traditionalist and Patriotic and are known to run intp a fight if the other person dared insult the empire. there also a great lover of food with a great spice trade. Food is becoming more exotic in Phenixica. they are also great lovers of art and music.
Religion in Phenixica is interesting Phoenix Worship is the oldest by far the name Phenixican coming from it itself in old Phoenix (or old Phenixican) it stands for Pheni(Phoenix) xican(lover). Messiahist works along this Church as a guardian body.

Early Years
The Phenixican draws to routes to the southern continent on the Home planet Phenixican in the continent's central Wastelands near the River Pheni.
These Early Phenixican's were peaceful and lived together in small townships with the population of roughly 1000, The biggest one Phenixica tho had a population of 6000.
Has the townships grew so did the need for farming land and wars broke out small by todays standards most Townships wanted support of Phenixica during this time and Phenixica toke advantage annexing the Towns and creating the Phenixican Kingdom. But soon rebellion broke out and Phenixica seperated into 5 tribes the Ruid,Grun,Bis,Monra and Druk unlike today back then your tribe had a huge affect on who you were.
Ruidians were the soldiers fighting in the Kingdom's armies, while the Monra were the Generals and King's (Monra meaning 'Monarch' in Old Phenixican) The Bis were the merchants and traders and were in control of the countries Economy and the Grun's were the Farmers and Explorer's which helped in the expansion of the Empire. The Druks were the Shipbuilders and Architects organising the Towns and cities so they didnt become unorganised.
The civil war was in a way a stalemate even tho the Druk's won each tribe immigrated to the coasts while the Druks were left with a Kingdom the shadow of it's former self and which would be conquered 500 years later by the Ruidians banishing the Druk's from having a home for 2000ish years.
Unification of Country and Planet
The Kingdoms of Bis,Grun,Monra and Ruid lived in peace with eachother with the Bis building a huge trade franchise and the Monra building a Colonial Empire, The Gruns were living has they always did as Nomads And the Ruidians built themselve a powerful Military Kingdom able to conquer them all.
The ruidians made good ont his and did infact conquer most of the Kingdoms leaving only a small piece of the Bis and Monra kingdoms left with the Gruns being to disunited to organise a good defence.
This is where Kathrine leader of the Phoenix Temple lead a huge revolt taking control of the Bis kingdom by killing it's council (Bis didnt have a monarch but called itself a kingdom) and declaring herself Queen of Bis and when the Monra joined in alliance and Monra's King taking Kathrines hand in marriage (one out of love and a need for power) and they had a son Perius.
When her beloved Husband died 3 months after Perius's birth Kathrine was crowned Queen of both Bis and Monra and discided that now was the time to launch a massive offence againts the Ruidian Empire.
She nearly won aswell conquering everything in her path until she was outside the Holy City itself 'Phenixica' the battle was lost due to the Grun's feared weapon, The horse.
Kathrine was put to death by toture she was Rapes,beaten and killed the worse and most disgraceful punishment in Phenixican Law. Perius was now 4 but his Bis friends in government made sure he would never forget what the Ruidians did to his Mother.
Perius was adopted by King Harold of Ruid or what was now the Phenixican Empire and he Became Prince and was given control of armies oversea's in the Northern Penal colonies. Perius tho became a great hero in Phenixica by now Phenixica was in the Early gunpowder ages and he conquered country after country by his death Perius conquered 35% of the planet and if he had another 5 years it would be 75%.
He had a son named Cameron who was pushed out of Phenixican Politics, but also made a name for himself by conquering the rest of the world into the Empire and he made friends in the Council.
War for Dominance
The War for Dominance was more a war for independance but it did lead to who ruled the Galaxy. It started when the Qwelva Galaxtic Empire invaded the Phenixican Homeworld. The empire by now had entered a Industrial age and Cameron was a Great commander who was now a Messiahist knight and given the name Belcameron.
The Qwelva occupied the planet for only 3 years then Belcameron attacked with his Messiahist enclave he pushed the Qwelva to outside the city of Phenixica.
Note from a Qwelva soldier "They came at all sides i have never seen such ability. With one lift of there hands they made the wind push my soldiers with such force they died from impact, We had heard of the Phenixican 'Gift' but we thought it was just primitive supersition".

Instead of stopping resistance this fueled the Phenixicans further and the war was not more personal then ever.
From a Phenixican Soldier "You dont attack the defenceless that is againts everything the Phenixicans stand for. They dont deserve to live this is a disgrace not even the Great Creator could forgive such a action".
The start of the Galactic Empire
When the Qwelva were forced out the Phenixican's made there own SpaceShips the first model was a Phenixican Destroyer capable of Missile bombardment.
They destroyed the Qwelva fleet because the Qwelva had nothing to counter metal weapons. worse was that the Phenixicans had gotten a hold of Hyperspace technology so not only did they push the Qwelva out of there home system but out of the surrounding systems.
Emperor Belcameron them found himself in control of a Empire spanning 25% of the Galaxy (advances were held back because of the 'Great Belt')
The Empire was now a new SuperPower war had forced the Phenixicans to adapt so fast that the Qwelva couldnt launch a good offence or defence.
Emperor Belcameron died at the age of 132. The Empire was surpreme and new laws made the population sore and the Empire was founding a new colony each day and the Monra has created the first ShipYards (which would lead to the development of the company Monran ShipYards).
The Empire today

Phenixican Society
Phenixican's are great lovers of Art and Music and enjoy Classical music and Jazz. Anything other then these are seen as not 'civilised' enough for Phenixica.
They pastimes, most of the time have something to do with the Empire like watching reports on the latist wars. Other then that they play sports like Hunting and Horse Racing with Soccer also taking increasing popularity since the Empire recontacted Earth.
People belive the Phenixican's are upper class 'snobs' who think they are surperior to everyone, A Phenixican when asked this question would go "Yes" they see themselves Culturally Surperior and people who disagree with this are most o fhte time Jealous that there nations are 'Low-Class and full of Swine'.
The Richer Phenixicans spend heaps of money on buying ships to explore and independent exploring is becoming ever more popular.
Theatre is also popular with Plays being brought in from all Conquered and allied nations. There has for Example been a rise in Hannican and Dvsland plays.
Phenixican Economy
The Phenixican Empire is a diverse Empire and ruling a Entire galaxy is a Major boast. The Empire naturally makes a good amount of money from mining, Uranium being the most mined.
Contruction is also taking interest, The Bis Trader ShipYards are ever increasing there output due to the massive order by Civilians to have there own ships.

Phenixican Government
The Government is seperated into two parts.
The Imperial Senate:In control of the Civilians and controls things like Trade,Immigration etc
The Imperial Court:In control of the Military and control things like War and Military trade.
The Emperor leaders there two sections and has allot of influence (not control) over what they do, The Emperor can suspend both houses and call for a re-election or if he gets a 70% in favor he can elect a new senate&Court himself.
This might seem outdated and dangerous but the reason for this is to stop corruption in there tracks every government relies on Eachother to survive and cannot do away with the other without harsh penalties.
Religion
Phenixican Religion is ancient and complicated. There are two main parts on the Phoenix Worshiper religion.
Phoenix Church:Main Religion worships the 4 (or 5) Phoenix's seeing them as the makers of there people and guardians of the Empire.
Messiahist Temple of beloved Knights:A Order setup to protect the Church after the Doctrine Crisis, is the Defender of the Phoenix Church. Are known Force users but call the force the 'Gift'.
The Imperial Army
No longer is it a bunch of Farmers with spears like in the early Empire, The Empire boast a huge arsenal of the latest weaponary and the Navy is known as the best seen and Phenixican officers are the most experianced.
The Army forces complete perfection in it's armies and is known to smash bricks on a Soldiers head to make him always remember to be ready for anything.

Nova Phenixica
The Phenixican's belive in promoting union between themselves and the 'Mother Planet' of earth and has started a Colony to help protect the earth from outer influences.
