Alamein

I, as the original author of the article (back when it was in Wikipedia), ask the user Alamein to be banned from editing the article. I would like to know if that was possible. Thanks. Azores

Why? Alamein

Considering that this is on the talk page of the article Europe, I assume that it is regarding the article Europe (and not Alamein as the header suggests). However the only edit made by User:Alamein, to the article Europe, was this one. Thus I percieve no apparent reason why the requested ban should be undertaken. That is to say a reason would be useful. Rechze(talk) 23:36, 28 Dec 2004 (GMT)

Alamein has been behaving quiet badly editing this article (both under his name and when he's not logged in) he has been making useless comments, he has been continously declaring himself technologically supreme above everyone else (and every edit that changes that gets immediatly changed back by him) basicly he's just very ignoring. That's why I would support the ban from editing this article. --Qantrix 18:33, 3 Jan 2005 (GMT)

An IP or a contribs link would be useful. --Goobergunch|? 21:30, 3 Jan 2005 (GMT)

I personally disagree with personal vendettas being carried through via NSWiki. I have already repeatedly made concessions (adding 'supposedly', 'claims to be', etc. I also don't really agree with altering unbiased descriptions and replacing them with non-descriptions. It seems very hypocritical to attempt to get me banned for using absolutes when many others use absolutes themselves. - Alamein

After debating this issue privately with Alamein, I decided to remove the request. He agreed to make his description shorter and to remove the bias. I will, however, totally eliminate Alam from the European history records, as it was agreed by the European Affairs administration. Azores 00:42, 8 Jan 2005 (GMT)

Now THAT I disagree with. It once existed, it just does no more. Why is MY RP destroyed? If that is so, Sortain, SoG, and Cidonia must all have their extra areas erased (and anyone else who has any). I still don't see why I am being punished for ECE's actions. But this is not the issue for discussion on this page. - Alamein

Anglovictorian Federation

Alamein, you can't claim that your Free Anglovictoria puppet shares the same government as the previous Anglovictorian Federation. To begin, I doubt you have authorization from AF and your nation is socialist-leaning, something that goes against the AF libertarian/capitalist principles. --Azores Islands (talk) 21:40, 9 Jan 2005 (GMT)

IC, I don't control Free Anglovictoria at all. OOC, he gave me effectively free reign - as he did you with your half. If not the exact same government, it uses the same buildings, titles, parties, etc. You can't assume that it has become a different nation because we protect it. EDIT: I recieved a PM from Anglovictoria. He says it's OK. When Nationstates goes back up, I'll post a screenshot. Alamein 19:04, 10 Jan 2005 (GMT)

You don't need to post a screenshot. I believe you. --Azores Islands (talk) 23:20, 12 Jan 2005 (GMT)
