PUNNS, or the Pilot United Nations News Service, is a group of journalists, statisticians and policy analysts that help craft and market United Nations proposals and resolutions. It regularly makes early predictions regarding a resolutions' fate, and has a stunning track record of accuracy.

This organization was dissolved by the Pilotan Senate on April 1, 2005 by the International Reform Act. It was replaced by a less-visible Alliance for Reform and Values in the NationStates United Nations (ARVNSUN).
