History
Noiresque is a nation that came to NationStates under another nation Mnemovore. Mnemovore started in the prime region Scroll Islands at the invitation of Micropolis there, the nation gained success in becoming an Immigration Agent and then during the elections the new Minister of Recruitment.
Mnemovore also established himself in other regions doing diplomatic work for Scroll Islands. Eventually Mnemovore stationed himself in other regions such as the Allied Union of Nations and The Swamp with the respective nations Endsong and Wildstorm.
In The AUN Endsong quickly became the Deputy Head of Foreign Affairs and later in the elections of the AUN the Foreign Minister where he further established himself throughout the NationStates world signing and approving the AUN-TPC treaty.
In The Swamp, Wildstorm won the elections to become the new Head of Foreign Affairs and completely re-organised the foreign affairs department however it was short-lived as the delegate of The Swamp later disposed of everyone in the region and Wildstorm departed immediately after the grieving.
During this time Noiresque was created to found a new region and a new goal Genosha. Noiresque founded Genosha on the 24th May 2005 with good friend Sacromella and now lives in peace within Genosha along with his numerous other nations as President and Founder.
Mnemovore is currently a citizen of Peaceian and Wildstorm joined the United Nations to serve in the Genoshan Defence Force (GDF).

Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Noiresque's national animal is the Lockheed, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Planetary.
