HIM Tsar Alexander II was the 81st ruler of Valeria and the second emperor to be born from the House of Borivich-Vassilakos-Seleukios. His reign was a prosperous one for the empire, even though it left the empire in another period of isolation from international politics.
Early Life
Alexander II Alexandrovich was born in Borivich Selo, as the second child and first son of Alexander Borivich-Vassilakos-Seleukios and Constantina Meijidovna, the youngest daughter of Tsar Meijis I.
