Seatting Process
-Each region has one seat per 8 nations and their representatives ( the councilors) will vote Arab Resolutions for the common matters of the Alliance. The region that is against a resolution will not have to implement it. All the resolutions will have to be voted at a 2/3 majority
-The presidency of the council will be given to the leader of every member region, one after another, every month ( Alphabetically )
