Her Imperial and Infallible Majesty, Aire Ishtar empresinna im-Bashi, By the Grace of Heaven, Empress of Greater Tomania, the 126th Immaculate Sovereign of the Imperium, seated on the Golden Throne occupied by the most serene im-Bashi Dynasty changeless through ages eternal, Matriarch of the im-Bashi Family, the Lady of Light, the Keeper of the Holy Mandate, Protector of the Imperial Seal, Divine Queen of Imladris and Gondolin, Empress of Upper and Lower Tomania, of Númenor, of Aman, of Avanthar, Autocrat of Beleriand, of Ithilien, of the Lindons, of Arthendien, Sovereign of the Falases, of Emerië, Goddess of Life, the Daughter of Heaven, the Empress and Supreme Autocrat of all the Tomanias.

The only child of the late Emperor Atan and the empress Arsinowë. She assumed to the throne on the 35 Tuilë (2 May) 2000, after the death of her father, Atan. At the time of her assumption she was only 10 years old, she is the fifth empress to be Sovereign of Tomania. The youngest sovereign ever to be coronated in the empire. She is a big supporter of the Marduuk and good friends with the Supreme Cordon, Miklós Hedikai. She has had on assasination attempt on her life by Ishenha-Raad, however, she did survive the encounter and had the Emepror Bashi X Bashi-Bashi of Isenha-Raad deposed and the country invaded. She has seen Her empire grow with the invasion of Isolia, the conquest of Acranania, and the defending of Her colony, Elenarin.

Though, young, the empress is present in most government aspects and, unlike many emperors before Her, She actually takes imitative to make new laws and even vetoes some passed by the Marduuk.

When Empress Ishtar turn nineteen she will be of age and be appted to marry. Presetntly there are three men that are sutable:

• Grand Duke Dio im-Bashi, son of Grand Duke Gil-galad of Lower Tomania
• Grand Duke Aegmor im-Mirë, son of Grand Duchess Lenowë of Eregion
• Grand Duke Simien i-Finwë, son of Grand Duchess AredheL of Gondolin

• The Empress, taken on her birthday.

• Ishtar loves to paint, a lot. However, she usualy has them asinerated when she is finished with them.
