Michael Thomas James Harley, more commonly known as Michael Harley (born September 16, 2113 Liverpool England time), is the current Prime Minister of Liverpool England, having been installed after the resignation of Thomas Douglas. Harley was born in Dennis, Paruvia, Bedistan, but he does not hold Bedistani citizenship. He is the youngest Prime Minister ever to serve, and is the first professional ahtlete to do so. His main sport is surfing, and he competes on the NationStates Surfing Tour.
