Starblaydia All-Time XI Nomination |
For Vecchio Victors and Starblaydia, Ryan Garry was the first-choice as Left-Back and Captain. Though starting his professional international career at thirty he was hugely influential along the back line and the left-hand side of the field. Slightly more defensive than his counterpart Philip Ifil, Garry was never backward in coming forward.
Largely regarded as the best Starblaydi captain of All-Time - though only by the older and very nostalgic football fans of the nation - Garry is a hugely respected figure in Starblaydia football. Nowhere more at home than Victory Park, home of the Vics, its was said that if you cut Ryan open he'd bleed the green and white of the Vecchio strip, with a little patriotic purple thrown in.
