King Siroc is the ruler of Sirocco. Described in the acclaimed National Leaders! magazine as "An irritating little twerp. He thinks he looks so cool with that brooding posture and cloak, but all he does is talk rubbish! His crown is made of crépe paper for crying out loud! And I do NOT like the look of that flightless hippo of his! I'm sure it has rabies!"

King Siroc's favourite possession is his sword. He likes theatre, fast cars, watching sunsets, and the colour blue, but only because he can't spell 'turquoise'.
