A quite mysterious Cookeslander. Nothing is known about his past and when asked he casually drifts away. The Blue Eyed Man recently became the second UN Delegate for Cookesland, relieving Lostelle Caelia and David Swansea. His Birthday is March 27th.
He has since revealed that he is an amnesiac who was found unconcious on one of Cookesland's beaches. When he was asked his name later he told the nurse he didn't know and so, taking his most striking physical quality, she wrote down "blue eyed man".
