The Rio Seguín (also known as the Seguín River) is the largest river in the Simtropolis region. The river is named as such for the famous Texas revolutionary hero Juan Seguín

Location

The Rio Seguín is located on the northern side of the continent of South Simtropolis. The river starts at Lake Manning in Audland, and runs down into Metropolitan Houston from the southwest. From there it runs further south through most of Metropolitan Hosuton's major cities, and empties into the Gulf of Simtropois at the Seguín Delta.

Shipping

The Rio Seguín is navigable for shipping, through natrual flow and locks, for most of its length, as far as Ciudades del Cielo, which is also the last port on the river. The river serves as a major trade route, along which most of the nation's trade with Audland travels.
