Summary
The Free Land of Demontropius is a large, safe nation, remarkable for its strong anti-business politics. Its compassionate population of 26 million are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, the Environment, and Education. The average income tax rate is 71%, and even higher for the wealthy. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising fourteen-year-old boys selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.
Same-sex marriages are increasingly common, bicyclists are banned from major roads, tourists from around the world come to visit the country's famous rainforests, and the nation is ravaged by daily union strikes. Crime is well under control, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Demontropius's national animal is the wolf, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the yami.
Demontropius is ranked 1st in the region and 15,185th in the world for Best Weather.
History
The island that would later be called Demontropius, was discovered in 660 BC but it is not known who discovered and governed it at that time. Some people say that the ruler of Demontropius never changed since 660 BC, but nobody knows if this is true.
Although the island was discovered around 660 BC, it was unknown to the other regions in Ania, until it accidentally got discovered during The War of Ages.
Inhabitants
The inhabitants of Demontropius, as the name indicates, are mostly demons. Because of the shape shifting ability's that all inhabitants possess, their true appearance has been lost in history. Some references to the true form can be found in ancient scrolls, the clearest text to be recorded is found in the scroll of ancient heritage, and tells the following;
The noble beings of day and night, wings black and soft, eyes like rubies, dark aura and strong skin.

Also notable is that the inhabitants of Demontropius rarely get sick, and if they get sick it can easily be cured by a bit of rest, and a medicine made from plant's that can only be found around the Lake of Energy. The female inhabitants of Demontropius have a special feature that appears when they get angry, this being that their hair changes into fire, their muscle's expand and parts of their bodies get covered in armored plating. This feature mysteriously disappears when a female no longer lives in Demontropius. Strangely enough when a female still lives in Demontropius, but is not upon the island she still possesses the ability.
It is unknown why the male inhabitants do not share this special feature, although some scientists believe it is because the power within the male inhabitants is more stable.
Alliance
It was rumored that the first emperor of Demontropius had an alliance, with one of the main lands regions. This alliance was called the "The Allias of the Darkness and Inferno". It was never sure which region it was that was connected to Demontropius by this alliance, but during the most recent interactions with the mainland it came to light that this region was Deffice.
In honor of this discovery and the old alliance, Blade Arcana (current ruler of Demontropius) and Mashu Miikage (current ruler of Deffice) decided to reinstate the alliance, under the name of "The Allias of Nights Darkness and Inferno of Destiny".
Blade Arcana
His age and day of birth are unknown. His past is shrouded in mystery, even the inhabitants of Demontropius do not know his complete past. Even so they trust him and have no problems with the fact that he makes all the decisions for them. The title he has received is "Grand Demon Overlord". Although it is uncommon in other countries the royal house of Demontropius has a rule that the emperor must have either 2 lovers or 2 brides.
The current ruler Blade Arcana has two lovers one has a reptilian appearance and is named Nemain, the goddess of darkness after the Celtic Goddess of War, Death, Ravens and Fertility. The second lover is cat like in appearance and is named Baset, the goddess of doom after the Egyptian goddess.

Army
Demontropius has no army for one simple reason. Every inhabitant is a demon and thus a living weapon when needed. Which takes away the purpose of an army since they defend their country themselves.
