Tsuchii Miho (Japanese: 土井美穂, Tsuchii Miho) is the current President-Elect of the H-Town Tejas, and a former representative to the General People's Assembly for Estado Teraoka. Following the assassination of longtime dictator Nagaraku Ryouta, Tsuchii was one of the two candidates taken into consideration for the Presidency by the Interim Council of the PRH-TT, the other being Renato Vélez of Estado Paso. When the Interim Council failed to elect a candidate to the presidency, the first democratic presidential election in 124 years took place to determine the country's new leader. Tsuchii subsequently won these elections by a comfortable margin. She is set to receive power on December 31, 2007.

Tsuchii has advocated the reduction of power of the Tejano Worker's Party over the government, greater freedom of the press and more popular elections, but all on the format of a one-party state. She has also taken a hardline stance against the fascist rebels that remain in the nation. During the elections, she acted as a very populist figure, traveling all over the country to speak and do public service. At twenty-one years old, some consider her too youthful for her job; she argues that if Tejas had not accepted the leadership of Fujita Ichirou, who was twenty-one when he led the revolution against Brand Christensen, the country might still be under fascism.
