On June 4, 2004, Galiforina, standing on the balcony of Scarfaces Capitol Hill on Liberty Street in Scarface DC, took his oath of office as the first delegate of Scarfaces,which would become a economic and military power.
He has lived the dream in Scarfaces,having served in the senate,military,vice president and president.His Speechs Shooke The Region and The World,putting Scarfaces into the international scene.

- My people sons and daughters of Scarfaces,for many months we have been a broken region,champed,oppressed and conquered by those we sought to escape!I asked for time and that was granted by you,you the strength im my arm,the holders of my dreams!Our fore fathers greatest exidist in the history of Scarfaces,an exdist for freedom,Scarfaces became that freedom!
