Urjal, named after an ancient Starblaydi tribe, is a new region granted to Starblaydia after its expansion southwards to Legalese.
It contains two new cites, the Bekk-bordering port and naval-base of Paricone and the new Dwarven city of Karak Ungor. Both of these Cities have a high Dwarven population, due to their proximity to Karak D'Ragh.
