Karak D'Ragh, translated as City of Quiet Fire is a dormat Volcano lying in the Riegas Mountain Range in the Southern area of Starblaydia. Underneath this mountain live a nation of Dwarves who have slowly integrated themselves into Starblaydi life.
Dwarves love many things. Axes, hammers, jewels, gold, machinery, grudges and cracking skulls are just a few of them. The Dwarves of Karak D'Ragh, however, also love their ancient history and it was because of this love that they found themselves exiled from their ancestral home of Cockbill Street.
When the Dwarfish Lords of Cockbill Street decided to Anglicise aspects of their culture to make it fit in with the rest of the land, some Dwarves rebelled, prefering to keep their 'High' Dwarven names, rather than convert them to more comman English-sounding names such as 'Axewielder' and 'Grudgebearer'. Rather than live in such a land that forced them to change their names into the Human language, the rebel Dwarves exiled themselves from Cockbill Street and fled to a new home in what would later become Starblaydia.
